Twelve cricketers at the Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools have been selected to represent Wales this summer.

 

Sixth Form student Harry continued his impressive start to the season with his inclusion in a two-day training match with Glamorgan this week. He played with all the senior professionals at Glamorgan under the eye of the professional county’s head coach, Matthew Maynard.

Friends of a pupil at Monmouth School for Boys have raised more than £4,300 for a hospital children’s ward.

Last week, a team from the Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools represented Wales in the UK final of Young Enterprise UK Company of the Year, for their Bumble wraps, a natural alternative to single-use plastics.
